Jew Kit Hainanese Chicken Rice was founded by Mr. Teo Jew Kit, a proud Singaporean of Hainanese ethnicity. Driven by a deep passion for Hainanese cuisine, Mr. Teo began his journey as a humble hawker at Bukit Batok in 1992. Since then, Jew Kit has grown significantly, serving both local and international communities.

We take pride in our Signature Steamed Chicken, prepared with a proprietary designed sous vide system. This innovative cooking process takes place in a vacuumed environment, preserving the freshness and texture of the chicken. The result is a unique layer of collagen formed between the skin and flesh, often mistaken for fat. This collagen enhances the flavor and provides additional nutritional benefits, rendered only from the bones and joints of fresh chickens.
